Important: Please note that in iOS 14 this function isn't working reliably due to a bug in Apples software where it sends the message from your main email address even though you've selected the alias! If you're using iOS 13 or below, the instructions should still work.

Note 1: The email address must exactly match one of your previously defined aliases - otherwise, Mac Mail will not be able to send messages using that alias. Enter the emailaddress for your alias and click OK. Click on the + (plus) icon to add a new email address and name.
